Field services can now check field temperatures sensors down to -45°C. By means of a new Fluke model 9170 Metrology Well, IIS can now offer low temperature calibrations with an accuracy of ±0.1 °C.
Utilizing instrument specific calibration procedures, our service technicians will work with your staff to ensure all calibration activities are performed in accordance with company, IIS, ISA and regulatory requirements/standards. All calibrations are NIST Traceable and come complete with individualizes calibration reports. Our lead service technicians are all ISA Certified Control Systems Technicians Level I or greater. Our state-of-the-art calibration equipment can interface with customers with Hart communication enabled instruments for quick and accurate adjustments and programming. All of our calibration test equipment is sent out for certification on a yearly basis to labs which confrom to the requirements of ISO 9001-200, ISO TS16949,ANSI/NCSL Z540-1994, QS9000 and ISO 10012-1992.
IIS provides preventative maintenance for the purpose of maintaining equipment and facilities in satisfactory operating condition by providing for systematic inspection, detection and correction of incipient failures either before they occur or before they develop into major defects. Our environmental chamber pm program includes maintenance of the door, gasket, locking system, air intake/exhaust caps/ports, the refrigeration system, the humidification system and the elecrical system.
