IIS offers small scale validation services for all industries.  These services include, but are not limited to, protocol writing, protocol execution, and validation consultation.  We specialize in the qualification of environmental freezers, chamber, refrigerators, rooms, warehouses and HVAC systems.  We also can provide process equipment qualifications, temperature and humidity distribution/mapping studies and more.

Capabilities

Full Validation

Our technical writers will work with your staff to develop Installation Qualification (IQ), Operational Qualification (OQ) and Performance Qualification (PQ) protocols.  Once approved, our validation technicians will execute the qualification protocol.  Upon completion, a full final report will be issued complete with test data and equipment certificates.

Partial Validation or On-going Qualification

For companies which do not have the resources or equipment to perform on-going qualification work as part of their on-going equipment evaluation program, or do not have the capabilities of performing certain testing, we can assist in as much or as little a capacity as required.

Protocol Writing

Temperature and HumidityDistribution/Uniformity Mapping

We can perform distribution/uniformity mapping studies for both temperature and humidity applications.   We also offer liquid flow studies and differential pressure studies. Take a look at our Qualification Equipment

Consultation

Not sure if your equipment should or could be validated?  We will come to your facility and make an assessment.  If it can  not be validated we will tell you.  If you want it validated we will provide you with change order lists that should make the equipment ready for validation.
